She entered banking on Florida’s East Coast in 1980 and continued her career in upstate New York before returning to Charlotte County and joining the Bank in 2006 as a personal banker at the Murdock office. She was named Retail and Business Banking officer of the Parkside location later that same year and was made an assistant vice president in 2016.

She is also a committee member of the Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity, serving on the Housing Selection Committee and as a Financial Education Volunteer. Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, he is no stranger to Southwest Florida, having moved to the area in 1993. A graduate of Venice High School, James holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Phoenix. Rob earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking.
In 2017 and 2019 Terese received the Venice Area Board of Realtors Affiliate Honor Award for her continued dedication as a member of the board’s Scholarship Committee. Terese has chaired Cora’s Giving Fund, a charity that supports pediatric cancer research, since 2016. She also volunteers for a variety of other local charitable organizations. Terese is familiar with the Conventional, FHA, & VA mortgage loan products that are available for the purchase or construction of residential homes and condominiums. She has helped thousands of clients originate mortgages to buy their dream homes, vacation homes, and investment properties. Terese is proficient in assisting clients in need of refinancing existing liens as well.

Heavily involved in the banking industry in Charlotte County since graduating from Charlotte High School in 1980, Craig DeYoung joined the Bank as a commercial real estate lender in 1994. He successfully advanced to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer before becoming president of Charlotte State Bank & Trust, one of Crews Bank & Trust's legacy banks in 2006.
Originally joining the Bank as a teller specialist in 2016, Gwen was quickly promoted to personal banker. In 2017, she transferred to the Englewood branch, where she held the position of retail operations manager. In this role she is responsible for the customer service management of the branch office. She is familiar with all retail, business and electronic banking products and services the bank offers and has the experience and capability to function in any branch team position if needed. Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2006, Gloria served in a variety of positions, including teller, back-office supervisor, marketing and business development, and loan clerk prior to her current post as a residential loan officer. Joanne earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami a year after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Florida State University.
Promoted to Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2011, he served in that role until 2020, when he was once again promoted as the Director of Loan Operations. He also taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Edison State College (now known as Florida SouthWestern State College) from 2011 to 2017. She quickly moved up the ranks, being promoted to loan specialist, assistant to the president, and marketing director.
A familiar figure in financial and community circles in Southwest Florida, Christine joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2019 as a vice president and relationship manager heading up the bank’s Sarasota office. She then served as senior vice president of retail banking before being promoted to her current position. She has experience in retail banking, treasury management and residential lending. In her current position, Christine is responsible for the Treasury Cash management program and related commercial business services, including merchant services and MSBs. Todd started his banking career in 1978 while still in high school in Cape Coral, working part time as a high school cooperative education student while attending school full time.
Joanne’s husband, Jim, was her high school sweetheart, and in addition to their children, they have a “beautiful and perfect” granddaughter. Cristin is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and CCIM SWFL chapter. She is a member of NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) serving on the NABOR commercial committee and was the 2023 Chairperson. Cristin graduated from the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier program in 2016.
