LOS ANGELES (AP) — At least 55 people were hurt, two seriously, when a Metro light rail train and a University of Southern California shuttle bus collided Tuesday along a busy thoroughfare in downtown Los Angeles, officials said. We’re a family-owned company guided by a set of principles that empower us to act as a trusted partner to our customers, communities and teammates. These beliefs motivate us to innovate and transform for the future and are the foundation to our ongoing success. Although the company is one of New Holland’s largest parts dealers, its ties were broken temporarily with the manufacturer in 2001, and at that time the company became the number one Kobuta dealership in the nation. Now back under New Holland’s wing, Charlotte Tractor, with plans to continue growing with the line, hopes the bond will bring success for both companies.

Additionally, Norwegian Cruise Line periodically enriches this promotion with new benefits, like free airfare for the second guest and onboard credits for future cruises. If the second guest on the reservation is a child or you are cruising solo, see here for variations to this Free at Sea Plus package. Of note, the upgrade price will be cheaper for the 2nd guest if under 21 years old ($29).
Free Airfare: what you need to know
However, guests who opted for a pricier balcony or suite room received additional dining credits. The Hawaii Beverage Package perk applies to the first through eighth guests on the reservation and includes a variety of drinks worth up to $15. Those who choose this perk must pay the gratuities, which are $19.80 per person, per day. The retail value of the Hawaii Beverage Package is $99 per person, per day. If you drink alcohol and plan to enjoy it during your cruise, chances are good that choosing this perk will be well worth the daily gratuity you're charged. If you don't think you'll drink $22 worth of extra-fee beverages, alcoholic or not, per day, choose another perk or flat-out decline this Free at Sea offer.
How many Norwegian Free at Sea promotions can you pick?
If the open bar doesn’t align with your drinking habits, its cost savings won’t translate into real savings for you, making it less appealing. To fully enjoy the benefits of the Free Specialty Dining perk, make reservations early, especially for popular venues as they book full quickly. I advise choosing the Open Bar perk if you have an average beverage consumption of $20 per day.
WHY CHOOSE FREE AIRFARE^?
This perk offers a roundtrip economy airfare for the 2nd guest, occasionally a 50% credit. Another option is upgrading the Free at Sea Open Bar to the Premium Plus Beverage Package without having to upgrade to the full NCL Free at Sea Plus. The Premium Plus Beverage Package costs $29 per person per day, plus 20% gratuity. Follow along as we review Norwegian’s Free at Sea offer in 2024.
What is Norwegian Cruise Line’s Free at Sea?
Norwegian Cruise Was Not Worth It + Overpriced, Says Frequent Cruiser - Business Insider
Norwegian Cruise Was Not Worth It + Overpriced, Says Frequent Cruiser.
This is especially applicable to guests who do not drink alcoholic beverages. Prior to your sail date, you may receive promotional offers to upgrade your dining package with additional meals for a discounted price. In this post we went over Norwegian Cruise Line’s Free at Sea perks in detail, including some changes that came into effect recently. NCL’s popular Free at Sea promotion has been popular for years, and offers some good inclusive options that can save money and make your cruise more enjoyable.
Is It Worth Getting Free At Sea?
There are no set dining times, so you can eat at a different time if you like each evening. Just keep in mind that sometimes it may be busy and there can be a wait time. You may choose one of the dining rooms with the menu of the evening, or a more casual venue for pub style food or maybe the buffet.
While Norwegian Cruise Line does offer an unlimited internet package, guests will only receive a certain number of minutes with this free perk. Additionally, cruisers can use a specialty dining meal credit for entertainment-based restaurants for an additional surcharge (like Cirque Dreams). However, if you wish to use a SDP meal credit, you will need to wait until you are onboard the ship to book.
The number of meals received is based on both the length of the cruise and the stateroom category booked. At the cruise line’s signature Cagney’s Steakhouse and Le Bistro, you can order as many starters, sides, and desserts as you want. You will need to pay a la carte pricing for any additional entrees.
NCL’s Free at Sea perks promotion is very popular with cruisers. However, whether you’re planning your first cruise or a seasoned cruiser, you’ll want to know the details and see if it’s the best option for you. Unfortunately, you can’t each choose different Free at Sea options. When booking your cruise, you’ll choose your perks for the reservation, not as individuals. You’ll need to book your plane tickets through NCL to take advantage of this perk. The 3rd through 8th guests in the stateroom will receive a small discount on their airfare.
Here are the main things you should know if you're considering booking the package yourself. The price runs $49 per person, per day ($29 pp for kids and $42 pp if traveling solo). So the Free at Sea deal was actually $50 more per person — or $100 extra for a couple sailing together. Pay airfare for one guest, and you'll automatically lock-in roundtrip flights for two. As with any promotion, it is essential to read the fine print when booking.

Some years I can sell dozens of cruises, others, one or two. There are no requirements, except to be courteous, and give proper advice, as that is how you get and keep potential clients. The Cruise Brothers are actual people, Steve and Russ Gelfuso. My suggestion, if you are willing to put some effort in, is to try this opportunity.
I started to do these sales before this was a large department at Cruisebrothers. My original inside contact is still working at the corporate offices in Rhode Island (Robert N). In Florida, he has always given me quick and timely info. We have appreciation cruises, with classes and something in spring called boot camp that is a crash course in cruising sales and marketing.

After you earn $5000 in commission, you will qualify for an official IATAN (International Air Transport Association) Travel Agent ID card. That will allow you to take discounted trips such as cruises, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, and rental car companies. I am a former agent and was with Cruise Brothers for a few years. I had booked a large group cruise with a cruise line and Cruise Brothers would not help me with technical difficulties with the cruise line.
Cruising Free was founded in 2010 and is the host agency division of the well-known and established Cruise Brothers Travel Agency, created on the belief that travelers can become travel agents. Of course we find that for some their passion turns into a full-time business, but for most it remains an extra source of income and being a part of a fun community of travel lovers. Cruising Free is designed to become whatever the new agent wishes it to become...with no obligations or quotas. I have been with Cruisebrothers, for over 25 years. First as a referral agent (I don't think they do this anymore) and for the last 22+ years as an outside agent. I own my regular career business which is Consulting Engineering (Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design of buildings) .

I new to stay away from any scam company that tries to push an expensive website, charge fees to "open your company", or any of those other fee based approaches. There are also FREE cruises awarded to our travel agents who complete online courses that the cruise lines provide. The fact there is no minimum or maximum amounts needed to sell. As my regular profession has peaks and valleys, being a travel professional fills those evenings and slower months. The education is strictly optional, but advised. The perks related makes it worth it many times over.
If it is not for you, then try something different. Travel is relaxing, and doing it at reduced rates or virtually free is even better. I have taken advantage of free cruises from Carnival, and soon Princess, and NCL.
I would rather sacrifice a percentage point of commission to have the peace of mind knowing that I am with an established company helping me to reach my goals and objectives. Your Team Leader will guide you and provide detailed assistance in your training and progress.

Like the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection, Explora Journeys is a relatively new cruise line, too.
